Our Director, Carol O’Gorman set up PIC in 1994 primarily to meet the consultancy needs in call centre driven service and sales organisations.

Within just a year of being established, PIC was a major player in designing and delivering business and people solutions with key customers like American Express and Virgin Atlantic - and they remain valued customers to this day.

During the company’s early years, the team found themselves more and more frequently working on a range of people development initiatives to resolve long term skill gaps for their clients.

The business has gone from strength to strength and we believe it is because our consultants all come from highly successful business roles and have a very real sense of how to create solutions to problems, motivating our clients to achieve the changes they want.

These skills and experiences are now primarily used by our clients in:

• problem analysis and solution design
• executive facilitation and
• executive coaching
