Carol O'Gorman

Carol formed Performance Improvement Consulting Limited (PIC) in 1994 and has remained its director ever since. Prior to establishing PIC, Carol spent 10 years in a global blue chip American financial services organisation.

Carol started her career in systems design and went on to lead large operational teams in both customer and credit services and also lead a highly specialised team in quality service and production management. Carol’s unique background gave her the skills and motivation to set up PIC.

Carol has focused on PIC’s sales, its product development and management of the key accounts. Carol is at the helm of all new design initiatives within the company.

Clients love her energy, experience and above all her honesty – which features highly in all her work and feedback.

Carol has a huge talent for facilitating difficult change as she has that very rare blend of project/change skills and combines this with an ability to understand where individuals are struggling. She is a highly motivational coach - direct, open, empathetic and results focussed.
