Mandy began her career as a business analyst in a change management consultancy focusing on business performance improvement. She was struck by how little resource was dedicated to the ‘people side’ of change. The five-year period that followed gave Mandy excellent commercial skills working in the UK grocery retail sector as a key account manager.

For the past 10 years Mandy has developed as a consultant working in training and development and has specialized in the development of leadership skills to facilitate change. She has developed extensive experience of training, facilitating and coaching on subjects rooted in inter- and intra personal excellence.

Mandy’s key area of expertise is in developing the leadership skills that drive well - being at work and employee engagement - both of which are key contributors to organisational performance. She is comfortable working with all levels and functions within the business and enjoys working with groups as well as coaching one-to-one.

Recent projects have included a cross-cultural change programme with executive senior management teams at a leading entertainment company; communicating change with the Environment Management team at an energy company; senior management EI profiling at an advertising agency and improving inter-departmental collaboration at a major UK-based charity.
