Article text
Vikki is a long-standing associate partner of PIC Consulting and a highly experienced coach and consultant, with a track record in executive coaching, development and consultancy solutions for individuals and organisations.

She is one of the few coaches in the UK to have a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring, as well as being certified to use a range of psychometric and psychology-based interventions. Vikki combines this expertise with a pragmatic solution-focused approach to working with clients.

Typical projects include: coaching leaders to achieve enhanced performance by translating ‘talk’ into clear thinking and positive action; working with executives to formulate strategic leadership plans; developing personal influence and impact as a leader; as well as developing managers and leaders to coach others.

Her approach focuses on providing clients with challenging questions, focussed attention and psychological insight. This helps them to increase their own self-awareness and identify both the success they seek, and the right practical steps to achieve it. Most clients identify the coaching opportunity to stop and think within their challenging environments as being a critical factor in their continuing success.
