Much of Ann’s career has been spent in the international arena with over 18 years' leadership, change management and cultural diversity experience.

Her consultancy work spans a broad range of industries including financial services, technology, telecommunications and the public sector. She has managed key accounts within many of these sectors and worked at CEO level supporting senior sales, marketing and operational teams deliver on their strategy. Her years of operational experience mean she is a tenacious project manager with a reputation for ensuring the successful implementation of projects.

She also has vast experience in management and leadership development and is able to support organisations by designing, delivering and implementing people development solutions.

Ann is highly skilled at programme design and will work with clients to blend workshops into internal processes/culture/goals. She is equally comfortable working with new managers through to business leaders.
